How we work
CRACKED.SX publishes destination guides: lists of places to play, watch,
listen, download and convert. This page states how those lists are made and
corrected.
Sourcing
Claims about a service - what it costs, what it carries, where it works -
come from the service itself: its pricing page, its help centre, its terms, or
the page you land on. Where a figure is a company's own claim rather than
something we could verify, the article says so.
Legality
Every destination is assessed against the standard on
How We Choose What to List before it is listed.
Nothing here links to pirated material.
Dates and updates
Articles carry a published date and a modified date. Free tiers and
catalogues change constantly, so a list that has not been re-checked in a year
is re-checked or removed.
Corrections
We correct errors of fact promptly and mark the article as updated. Write to
[email protected] with the URL and
the correction.
Independence and disclosure
We take no payment for a listing or for a position in a ranking. Some
destinations are sites run by the people who run CRACKED.SX; every one of them
is named on How We Choose What to List.
AI disclosure
Drafts are prepared with machine assistance from a research brief, and every
article is reviewed and edited by a named human editor before publication. The
editor is responsible for what appears.
